1. Legal Disclaimer & 2018 Farm Bill Compliance
All products offered by Canna Haus Farms are hemp-derived and compliant with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill (Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018). Under this law, hemp is federally legal if it contains no more than 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry weight basis.
By purchasing, you acknowledge:

2. Restricted Shipping Locations
We currently do not ship to the following U.S. states due to legal restrictions:

This list may change without notice. We only ship within the United States and do not ship internationally.
3. No Medical Claims
Canna Haus Farms makes no medical claims regarding our products. These items are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customer reviews referencing medical or therapeutic effects are personal opinions and are not endorsed by us.
Consult a medical professional before using any cannabis or hemp-derived product.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders ship via USPS within 2–4 business days.

Tracking will be provided once the order is fulfilled.

All packages are shipped in discreet packaging.
Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked “Delivered” by USPS are not our responsibility. You must file a claim with USPS for resolution.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Restocking Fee

All sales are final.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Approved cancellations incur a 10% restocking fee.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery and include:

If verified, we will issue a replacement or refund, based on availability.
8. Billing & Account Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping details. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or incomplete.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms and services (e.g., shipping providers, analytics, Shopify). We are not liable for any issues that arise from their use.

All products and services are provided “as is” and without warranties.
