REFUND & RETURN POLICY
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the sensitive and regulated nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy helps maintain product integrity, safety, and compliance.
MISSING ITEM POLICY
We take great care when packing every order. If something is missing, please follow the steps below:
1. Report the Missing Item
- Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include your order number, a description of the missing item, and clear photos of the package, shipping label, and all contents received
2. Review Process
- Claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days and compared against internal packing records
3. Resolution
- If verified, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability
Important Notes:
- Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be accepted
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by USPS are not eligible for missing item claims
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR VAPE DEVICE POLICY
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’re here to help.
1. Report the Issue
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue, device, and original packaging
Vape & 510 Cartridge Policy (Important):
- For disposables and 510 cartridges, any claims regarding leaking, clogging, or oil levels appearing low must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos and/or videos must show the device in its original packaging
- Oil levels may vary slightly due to natural viscosity and wicking behavior, which is normal and not considered a defect unless verified otherwise
2. Resolution Options
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on inventory
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & RESTOCKING FEE
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- After 24 hours, orders are considered final and begin processing
- Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund total
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Canna Haus Farms is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS.
If your package is missing:
- Contact your local USPS office
- File a claim directly with USPS
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and compliant with your local laws
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in USPS possession
- Slight variations in color, consistency, or appearance are normal with solventless products and are not considered defects
