SHIPPING POLICY

At Canna Haus Farms, we are committed to providing a smooth, discreet, and legally compliant shipping experience. Please review the details below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once fulfilled, all packages are shipped via USPS and tracking information will be provided.
  • Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
  • Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in unbranded packaging (bubble mailers or boxes) to ensure privacy.
  • Included Documentation: Each order includes:
    • Product lab test results (COAs)
    • A Notice to Law Enforcement outlining federal compliance under the 2018 Farm Bill

SHIPPING TIMES & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Delivery times are determined by USPS and may vary based on location and service selected
  • Once a package has been handed off to USPS, Canna Haus Farms is not responsible for shipping delays, transit issues, or delivery errors
  • “Priority” or expedited shipping refers to carrier speed only, not faster order processing

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Black Friday
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve

Orders placed around holidays may experience extended processing times.

SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We currently ship to most U.S. states. However, due to state-specific restrictions, we do not ship to:

  • Alabama (AL)
  • Arkansas (AR)
  • Rhode Island (RI)

We reserve the right to update or cancel orders to any location where hemp-derived products are restricted or prohibited.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Under Section 10113 of the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp is federally legal in the United States as long as it contains no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

All Canna Haus Farms products are third-party tested to ensure compliance with federal standards.

However, it is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local and state laws before placing an order.

Canna Haus Farms is not liable for packages that are delayed, returned, or confiscated due to local regulations.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by USPS are considered fulfilled
